About the role:

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
  • Debriefing driver paperwork
  • Managing customer requirements and expectations
  • Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager

Available rosters:

Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm start

Monday - Friday 1:00pm start

Monday - Friday 2:00pm start

About the requirements:

  • Ability to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
  • Superior planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
  • Administrators with experience in a freight based industry, transportation industry or logistics is highly valued.
