Looking for someone who can handle maintenance requests, deal with the general site population of trades people and office staff whilst assist in managing contractors on site.

To complete maintenance, inspections or repairs reports. Will be trained and guided to be fluent in the Alstom EHS policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.

Description
We are currently looking for a Site Facilities Technician, to join talented team in Dandenong, VIC.


Reporting to the Methods and Tools Site Manager, you will be forecasting, allocating and supervising the financial and physical resources of the facility management.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of a preventative and corrective maintenance service to a manufacturing site.
  • Collecting and collating data of all site equipment and infrastructure to be populated into a preventative maintenance software.
  • Managing the output of data such as maintenance schedules from the maintenance software
  • Assisting in the management of site service contractors for inspections, general maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
  • Working from daily instructions set out by the Facilities Management Lead.

Profile

  • Must have experience with working in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience working with preventative maintenance systems.
  • A facility management background is desirable but not critical.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete work to a highquality standard.
  • Willing to undertake further training to achieve additional qualifications if require.
