About the role:
Our client is seeking a Head of Operations to lead our operations across the group.
With the recent integration of the 4 businesses, they need a leader to bring all our operations teams together to operate as one cohesive group.
With an appetite to invest heavily in systems, processes and to ensure they have best in class facilities andmanufacturing capabilities, this role will play a central role in driving such initiatives.
Currently the business operates 3 factories, multiple supply chains and distribution models.
Getting the right mix between these to ensure great customer experiences and business outcomes is going to be central to this role.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies that optimize

The role holder will have at least 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment and have a thorough understanding of supply chain management including international sourcing, inventory management and distribution.
