About the Role:

  • Diagnose and resolve faults in satellite transmission equipment
  • Perform Satellite Control procedures as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance contractors for facility equipment
  • Ensure timely restoration of customer service interruptions
  • Manage spare equipment and repairs using SNOW database

Qualifications:

  • Australian Citizenship required for security clearance
  • Valid West Australian (or equivalent) Drivers License
  • Experience in telecommunications & satellite communications
  • Basic understanding of satellite network equipment
  • Experience in equipment maintenance and network management
  • Ability to provide Tier 2 support for VSAT platform
