The role & team
As a Professional Recruitment Consultant, you will join our dynamic and high performing Audiology department dedicated to innovation, growth, and excellence. Reporting into the Senior Professional Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for providing timely and creative resourcing solutions to attract and recruit employed audiology professionals and audiology retail team members to support our audiology growth plans.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building long lasting relationships with candidates and is interested in exploring innovative sourcing solutions.
We believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternate location, this role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
The skills we are looking for
- Extensive end to end recruitment experience is essential
- High volume recruitment experience within the retail industry will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience implementing proactive talent strategies to recruit for niche / hard to fill roles
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
