You will play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service.

You'll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that's welcoming and engaging.


Responsibilities and duties:

  • Manage daytoday operations of the cafe and manage customer feedback
  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain updated records of daily and weekly revenues and expenses
  • Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy, maintain a clean and sanitised work environment
  • Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation and sales.
  • Good communication skills, ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • End of Day financial management and cash handling
  • Deliver excellent customer service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Work experience as a Cafe supervisor or Head Barista
  • Right attitude high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
  • Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

  • Performance bonus
