Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, Australia.
Our team is committed to solving the global water crisis with our one-of-a-kind renewable water technology that uses the power of the sun to extract clean drinking water from the air.
This role is based in Australia and will report to the Director of Market Development.
At a glance, this position is responsible for providing business development & marketing support enabling growth across corporate and governmental opportunities within a fast-growing, mission-driven business.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with developing segment and market strategies across government, utility, commercial and industrial opportunities
- Provide sales management support including data forecasting and reporting
- Create presentations to communicate to management team on major opportunities
- Build relationships with target communities, key stakeholders and regulators to support the adoption and operation of SOURCE technology in Australian communities
- Work on CSR opportunities with partners to deploy SOURCE to underserved and remote communities to enable socially equitable water
- Occasionally accompany frontline Business Development Managers or Directors to customer meetings, site visits and stakeholder events
- Collaborate with colleagues in regional and global teams across SOURCE Operational, Marketing and BD teams

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Public Policy, or similar
- 13 years' experience
- Fluent with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Internship / work experience in marketing and business development is a plus
- Exposure to international cultures is a plus
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a
Business Development Coordinator at SOURCE Global, PBC, you'll spend a significant portion of your day working with frontline Business Development Managers to influence potential customers through the creation and delivery of effective proposals and economic calculations to enable the customer to adopt the SOURCE Hydropanel technology.
Through hands-on experience and observation, you'll work together with your team to continually create and close deals with the customers.
You'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with many different teams across the organization like Finance, Engineering, Legal, Project Development & Execution and Operations & Maintenance.
The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday.Once or twice in a week, you may be required to take night time (7pm to 10pm) or early morning (7am to 9am) calls to coordinate with colleagues in the US.
