About this opportunity

We aim to expand our New South Wales Operational Team in preparation for upcoming projects, seeking experienced Drillers. This role involves travel and overnight stays at various sites, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and delivering results wherever the job takes us.

Key responsibilities

  • Precision drilling to meet and exceed customer expectations consistently.
  • Accurate completion of daily drill logs, pre-starts, and time sheets.
  • Commitment to safety while achieving production targets, utilizing safety protocols such as Take 5's and SWMS.
  • Maintaining rigs in excellent condition, clean, organized, and ready for operation.
  • Reporting maintenance issues and record-keeping of consumables diligently.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in blast hole drilling operations or a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Posession of a Certificate III in Drilling Operations considered advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Sandvik DPi or Pantera rigs preferred.
  • Proven record of thriving in remote work environments.
  • Ability to obtain a national police check clearance and possess a current Australian Open Class Manual Drivers License.
