Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and build strong relationships with residents and their families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Nestled on the banks of the Murray River in the economic heartland of south-east Australia, this area is a hub of horticultural and agricultural activity.
Centrally located between the major metropolitan cities of Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney, the region is serviced by quality highways, rail, bus, and air services (from Mildura, one hour away).

Essential Criteria:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Current NDISCurrent BLSClear police and Working with Children's check Mandatory Covid-19 vaccination Previous experience in aged care is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.
