ABOUT THE PROJECT
Growthbuilt have been awarded a new redevelopment of an existing Woolworths carpark located in the heart of Kiama.

This redevelopment consists of a new multideck carpark, existing center reconfiguration with 15 specialty tenancies, existing Woolworths supermarket expansion, new BWS and Direct to Boot.

Project has commenced with both site sheds and fencing phases completed. Excavations due to start in a few weeks.

ABOUT THE ROLE


If you are a carpenter with 1-2 years experience on any commercial or residential site, then this is the opportunity for you.

This role will allow you to showcase your ability to oversee the quality of trade works while ensuring Growthbuilt standard is achieved across the board while also supporting the foreman and site manager with any defects and safety controls.


Your first 2 weeks will allow you to shadow both the foreman and site manager, allowing you the time to learn and ask questions around the teams process and procedures.


ABOUT YOU

  • 12 years commercial or residential experience
  • Carpenter background (Trade qualification preferred)
  • Ideally having experience managing a team of subcontractors
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skillset
