Our practice works with various fields such as building design, operational management and commercial fit-outs. However, our core offering is consultants coordination and project management.

We are an agile team, who doesn't like to play the game of passing the ball to the next consultant. We push to keep all disciplines in-house as much as possible, improving insight and reducing communication overheads.

Architect/Project Manager

Job Description:

• Join a young productive and collaborative design team
• Involvement across all stages of a project
• Take the "brief" to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Work on diverse project types and work closely with the senior team
• Responsible for assisting project heads in preparing working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, for project presentation and construction documentation;
• Drafting building plans for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Compile project specifications
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Follow architectural trends and advancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior design, or similar
• Language Knowledge: English (Native or Proficient), Spanish (Proficient or Advanced)
• Portfolio of Projects showcasing excellent design and aesthetic sense
• Some knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Advanced Experience in using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Excellent communication and reporting skills are a must
• Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs
• Highly organized, self-motivated and team player
• Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
