We are a leading import and wholesale company located in Brendale, who has been servicing retail groups within the Office Furniture Industry for over 10 years.


A fantastic opportunity exists for an installer/ warehouse person to join our business in Brendale on a full time basis.


We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, committed, wants to contribute, and be part of the warehouse team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking Orders
  • Installing onsites
  • Delivering orders to Customers
  • Unloading containers
  • Assembling furniture
  • General warehouse duties

To be successful for this role, you must fit the following criteria:

  • Experience with hand tools (Drills, Drop Saw etc). (Essential)
  • Physically fit (Heavy lifting required)
  • Experience within a similar role of at least 2 years
  • Focused and able to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • A can do attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated, with a willingness to learn
  • Commitment to the highest level of customer service
  • Forklift License
  • Truck Licence
  • Available for weekend work when required.


You will have a strong desire to learn and to make a difference; a positive and proactive attitude; effective communication.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$ $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brendale, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Installing / Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (required)
  • Truck licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)
