Key Accountabilities will include:
- Manage the new business pipeline by providing coordinated responses to requests for the provision of new infrastructure across the PSN and negotiating the involvement of PSNMC resources for timely completion of minor projects. Demonstrate effective workplace communication and interpersonal management, including the ability to establish effective partnerships and relationships, and to negotiate and consult with clients, strategic suppliers, management and staff at all levels. Manage outcomes for standardised IT Service Management and associated processes, policies and procedures in line with recognised frameworks and standards. Participate in the development, implementation and management of Service Level Agreements ensuring service delivery to service level KPI's. Effectively manage client relationships and expectations by ensuring service delivery is in line with agreed service levels and proactively monitoring client service and satisfaction levels through participation at service review meetings. Coordinate the service recovery process in the event of a Major Incident by negotiating for the involvement of PSNMC resources where required and initiating the Major Incident Communication Plan for Major Incidents. Support business operations to maintain best Service Management practices aligned with ISO 20000 and ITIL, including business process documentation and business improvement.
