HR Administrator on a

permanent full-time basis based in our

South Brisbane office, you'll join a truly connected and talented team, who are as passionate as you are to deliver positive outcomes.

And at Icon, you'll play a key part in ensuring we have the right employees in the right role at the right time by:

  • Managing the processing of new employment contracts and employment change requests
  • Creating and maintaining personnel employee files and data
  • Interpreting Award and Enterprise Agreements to answer queries
  • Being first point of contact for provision of advice on employment arrangements
  • Supporting cyclical HR programs such as annual remuneration review
  • Assisting with immigration and visa processes
  • Coordinating preemployment screening requirements
  • Partnering with our ER team to provide support in presentations to the business

What you'll bring

  • Experience in an administration role with an understanding of HR concepts
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to engage, influence and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • An eye for detail when processing high volume work
  • Willingness to build upon your business acumen and reporting skills
  • A desire to identify process improvements
