What does the job look like?

Based in Kemps Creek the PM Transport Supervisor (1:30pm - 9:30pm) will oversee the day-to-day transport operations on site.

They will ensure the effective utilisation of all allocated resources and will support the team in allocating, route planning and dispatching metropolitan deliveries.


Key Areas:

  • Supervise and assist the day to day running of the operations for the site and ensure the allocation of work, driver schedules and service metrics are adhered to
  • Maintain and analyse transport KPI's, develop action plans to close gaps
  • Ensure maximum payloads are achieved to deliver acceptable commercial returns. Implement strategies to ensure route/schedule success
  • Comply with BevChain requirements, policies and procedures at all times including the TMS Management system
  • Manage and oversee all daily resource planning activities for the site to ensure they are compliant with forecast & budget plans.
  • Oversee that all drivers complete their duties in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in performance management activities
  • Manage COR requirements for company and subcontractor fleets
Are you the one?

We are looking for experienced transport professionals that have previous scheduling/allocating experience or relevant transport operations experience. Any prior management experience will be highly regarded.

You can also demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role involving transport load planning, driver allocating or fleet allocating desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills experience with TMS highly regarded
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the Brisbane metro area
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective advice to drivers on the road
  • Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant Australian Transport rules and regulations
