We are currently recruiting for
Maintenance / Handman:

  • Belmont to join our Team.

The role:

  • Ensure site is kept maintained by continuously monitoring and rectifying any maintenance or cosmetic issues.
  • Perform general and preventive maintenance of facilities, handling of basic repairs.
  • Participates in the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of the building, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment.
  • Conduct car park maintenance task such as painting bollards, removal of general waste, repair trolley corals.
  • Continually monitor external areas for cleanliness and safety

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in handyman duties, basic hand tool and electric tool operational skills
  • Professional and courteous, high customer service focus
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Safety conscious with high attention to detail
  • Hold a EWP< White Card & working at Heights would be an advantage.
