About the Role:


We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced
Diagnostic Technician
to join our Hyundai/Kia Team
in Doncaster**.

To succeed in this role you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.


The role will involve the following:

  • Liaising with Hyundai Australia technical department for support on technical issues
  • Identifying and repairing technical issues
  • Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
  • Road testing vehicles
  • Conducting quality checks on all work to help ensure vehicles are Fixed First Visit
  • Completing Mercedes-Benz trainings as required
  • Guide and mentor workshop staff
  • Ability to read/follow current flow diagrams required
  • Experience in Hyundai/Kia is preferable but not essential
  • A current driver's licence
  • A qualified technician
  • Be passionate about the brand
  • Ability to work in a busy service centre
  • Be reliable and have a good work ethic
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a technician
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
