About the Role

  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Scheduler to join the Santos team at our Global Headquarters in Adelaide. Reporting to the Maintenance Lead
  • Cooper, this role will provide technical leadership in the delivery of optimized maintenance schedules for Midstream Assets.
  • This role will offer a breadth of exposure to the business and will involve a certain amount of influencing stakeholders to drive decision making and outcomes, so there is a real opportunity to add value over and above day to day transactional work.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Steward the review of existing plant strategy to identify annual service plans, satellite shuts, project events and major outages for the next 5 years
  • Develop campaign event sets with strategic alignment of PM & CM activity to support the evolution of campaignbased delivery
  • Graphically demonstrate outages in an intuitive manner
  • Identify and drive initiatives to develop campaigned maintenance event
  • Facilitate and manage regular schedule forums
  • Deliver execution schedules directed aligning to the company's strategy
  • Contribute to delivering on cost reduction efficiencies and value creation strategies as directed
  • Levelling of all maintenance activity in line with resource availability (optimized to ensure prioritybased compliant delivery)
  • Contribute to Capital and Operational Budget Forecasting activities
