We are currently seeking experienced and committed
Support Workers (Croatian speaking is an asset) to provide mainly domestic assistance (cleaning) with the potential for a variety of support which may include: community outing, personal care, meal preparation and transport for some of our elderly clients during a variety of daytime shifts (mainly morning shifts).

This is an immediate start position.
Please note this role is to support some of our clients located in and around the Sunshine area.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Valid Australian Driver Licence
  • Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or relevant
  • Ability and experience with
    household cleaning duties is required
- _Knowledge of the Croatian language is a great asset_

Key Responsibilities & Duties for Disability Support Worker

  • Domestic duties (general house cleaning tasks)
  • Provide individualised support and assistance to our elderly clients using a supportive and positive approach
  • Some personal care and meal preparation _may be required_
  • Provide support and transport to our clients for community outings _may be required_
  • Motivate and promote client independence
  • Make sure our client is HAPPY
