Drum Tutor

We have an opening for a Drum tutor to work with students from age 5 and up to adult, it is working one-on-one with all utilities provided.

You will need to be able to read and write drum notation, transcribe songs and have a decent level of technical ability.

Multiple styles and genres would be a requirement as well.

It is flexible on days and times as we are looking to expand our student base and start fresh days, hours are between 3:30pm and 8:30pm divided into half hour spots.

We accept all levels of students and we also work with students that have learning difficulties as well, so patience and the ability to relate to your individual students needs is key as well.

We don't have pre-set teaching methods so there is freedom in your teaching approach as well.

Pay is paid per student but it wouldn't give us that option in the menus when we were posting the ad.

We believe in supporting local and young musically talented people, this is an opportunity to make some money doing what you love and pushing yourself to excel at your instrument and interaction skills

• Certificate I
• IV (preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Working with Children Check (required)
• Driver Licence (preferred)
