The Role
This role is internally known as "Mentor".

Location:
Chatswood, NSW

Employment:
Permanent full time, 38 hours per week

Remuneration:
$61,340 per annum + Super + Salary Packaging


This opportunity is available at our Chatswood office on permanent full-time basis for an individual who is result driven and wants to make a real difference in someone's life.


As a mentor, you will be working with a diverse range of people and employer networks to achieve outcomes through ongoing coaching and support program.

Mentor will partner with job seekers to plan, secure and maintain sustainable employment through sourcing and developing enduring employer and other stakeholder relationships that generate employment opportunities.

The mentor will conduct initial customer assessment, create detailed action plan and facilitate group learning activities.

You will be passionate about enhancing customer experience and motivated to succeed with a proven track record in meeting KPIs, building relationships and displaying a resilient attitude.


Your experience and background in sales, administration, retail, call centre or customer service will be highly advantageous for this role.

As part of this role, you will be required to travel within your region.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness to deliver skill based training sessions to build capacity for employment
  • Ability to support job seekers to achieve their goals through employment outcomes
  • Ability to deliver effective employment solutions to local businesses
  • Excellent administration skills and ability to maintain thorough case notes
  • Local knowledge of the labour market and experience in placing clients into local employment opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills in promoting job seekers to local employers and seeking future employment opportunities
  • Satisfactory background checks including NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of and commitment to child safe standards and mandatory reporting requirements
  • Experience working with in the disability service sector highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence (minimum P2)
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance and Motor Vehicle Registration
