About the role:


AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to take part in a 12 Month Full time Business Traineeship located in Craigieburn, Victoria.

The role includes providing a range of skills needed to effectively operate and provide professional assistance within an organisation.

This position provides career pathway opportunities into Project Officer, Executive Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, Sales Agent and Sales Account Assistant roles.


Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • General administration duties
  • Assist and support internal staff
  • Produce documents
  • Assist with office management functions
  • Handle internal or external enquiries
  • Create and maintain databases
  • Handle mail
  • General banking

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, at all levels, in a courteous and professional manner
  • Computer literate
  • Must be an Australian citizen/ Permanent Resident
  • Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
  • Drivers licence and own transport preferred
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
