- by charlotte i_s currently seeking a Full-Time Lead Picker to support the business by managing the execution of order picking and packing and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, inventory handling and stockroom management. This is the perfect transition into head office for someone who has worked on the shop floor and is looking for their first head office role.

_ Key Responsibilities:
_

  • Run the pick and pack process for _by charlotte_ Sales Channels and oversee the lead pick support team, packing team and order processing daily
  • Maintain order accuracy & fulfilment productivity
  • Manage Stock Room Inventory Policy & Process
  • Be a key knowledge source of product & packaging information
  • Process management and resolution
  • Manage the pick teams' efficiency, motivation and optimisation

_ Desired Skills & Experience_

  • A desirable to have experience working in a dispatch facility or in retail working with inventory control
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience
  • Motivated to achieve an optimal dispatch performance and customer experience
  • A confident leader able to inspire and rally a team to action
  • Resourceful and adaptive to changes in an evolving and growing brand
  • Autonomous work ethic, able to complete tasks with their own initiative
  • Creative problemsolving skills
