About the Role

  • Ability to engage with guests to deliver high quality service and providing expert recommendations beverage
  • An ongoing dedication to expanding personal wine knowledge
  • A passion for food, wine, service and the drive to elevate each dinners experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Sommelier role in a premium dining establishment
  • Extensive knowledge of international wines, spirits, and beers
  • WSET Level 2 as a minimum and or CMS Certified (preferable)

Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
