About our Pronto Woven Support Consulting opportunity:
Our fast-growing digital consultancy division - Woven, is seeking an experienced Support Consultant to join our friendly team and work directly with corporate clients who use our ERP integrated solutions.

Where you'd be working:
Our Woven Support Consultants work in the Forest Hill branch along with a team in Brisbane, for our customers located nation-wide.
What you'd be doing (your day will look like this):
Action support tickets raised by the customer. You will need to understand their issues, document it and work with developers to resolve them in a timely and professional manner
Research functional requirements, conduct gap analysis and provide quotations for custom development work
Work with our developers to test and deliver software fixes. Prioritise the importance of IT security and data
Be involved in product testing and documentation
Be a high-level problem-solver who is resourceful, inventive, and takes pride in their work
Be willing to learn business software systems and expand into more technical tasks
Be part of the rostered 'on call' after-hours service - including overnight, weekends and public holidays
About you
We're looking for a Support Consultant who has:
Motivation and pro-activity
Fantastic self-management
Excellent communication skills
A 'can do' attitude to match the pace of this team.
All product specific training will be provided.
To enjoy being a Woven Support Consultant you'd need to have:
Experience in a professional customer service role
Great problem-solving and organisational skills
IT savvy-ness
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Ability to build rapport and convey technical information in a logical manner
Understanding of internet technologies and eCommerce
Willingness to undertake a police check
But it would also be great if you had:
Experience with Pronto Xi or other ERP
Previous experience with integrated eCommerce and/or Content Management systems
Experience with bug tracking tools, software testing and commercial software support procedures
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, APIs
IT/Engineering degree
Any UNIX/Linux skills
