Particularly, there's room for someone with extensive climate change expertise who seeks to spearhead their own portfolio in an environment fostering high-quality outcomes and allowing ample time and space for in-depth work to drive sustainable change.
As a Senior Consultant at Think Impact, you will support for-purpose, business, philanthropic, and government organisations addressing complex social and environmental challenges.
In a dynamic environment, consultants tailor their approach to meet client needs, leveraging expertise in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or ESG.
The main focus is on efficiently managing projects from start to finish, employing effective project management methodologies to ensure clarity, proper resource allocation, timeline adherence, milestone achievement, and risk management.
Senior Consultants may manage 5-6 projects simultaneously, depending on their scale and deadlines.The key responsibilities of the role include: Proposal development that includes designing project methodology and preparing an effective and detailed proposal that reflects client requirements.
Project management of all aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered to a high quality, on budget, and on time.
Drawing on relevant knowledge and technical expertise to deliver quality services.Supporting business development through accessing networks to promote the work of Think Impact or developing new products or services.
Continuous improvement.

You have the foresight to anticipate client and project needs and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes, whether it is facilitating workshops or producing polished reports.
Your ability to build rapport effortlessly makes you approachable and likeable.A team player at heart, you prioritise your professional growth while supporting the development of both colleagues and clients.
Required experience Essentialminimum of eight years' work experience, including a minimum of three years' experience in a consulting (or similar) environment.experience in a Social Impact, Sustainability or Environmental Management role.project management experience.
Desirableand/or experience using existing frameworks and standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative Reporting Standards, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Sustainable Development environmental issues related to the circular economy and climate Project Management tools, such as Asana, Clickup, or Trello.leadership and development.
