About the Role

About You

To be successful in this position you will have:
Essential

• Trained CELTA Tutor with a minimum of two years' experience, approved with up to date accreditation by Cambridge English
• Bachelor degree or Diploma (equivalent to at least 3 years fulltime study in duration)
• Recognised TESOL/TEFL qualifications and experience which satisfy ELICOS National Standards and other relevant accrediting body requirements
• Current Working With Children Check
• Sound knowledge of administrative requirements related to CELTA program delivery
• Ability to teach across a range of levels and programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level organisational, administrative and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve program outcomes
• Welldeveloped understanding of current teaching, learning and assessment theory and practice

Desirable

• Ability to take on Main Course Tutor role
