Key Responsibilities:

Volume Recruitment Management: Lead end-to-end support for bulk or volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

Client Engagement: Work closely with government clients to understand their staffing needs, offering expert advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment progress, campaign effectiveness, and other key metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or, with a strong emphasis on managing highvolume recruitment projects.
  • Familiarity with government sector recruitment, understanding its unique challenges and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
