Youth Minister (Non-Teaching Role)
Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is a co-educational Catholic school providing education to over 1000 students in Melbourne's West. The College has undergone an expansion of facilities and enrolments in recent times, with growth expected to continue. As a result, the College has re-structured all Position of Leadership roles to best cater to these growing needs.

As part of this restructuring, we are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join our College in the newly created role of
_Youth Minister (Non-Teaching).

The Youth Minister is responsible to the Director of Catholic Identity and Mission for the duties outlined in the position description and in accordance with the College policies and procedures.

The purpose of the role is to journey with students and provide opportunity to encounter the "kerygma" of the joy of the Gospel.

The Youth Minister will foster the virtues of faith, hope and love and a sense of community life and service.

The successful applicant will hold a Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration and will have demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children in our care.

The position will commence at the beginning of the 2024 school year (25 January 2024) and will hold a full-time ongoing teaching role on appointment, with a leadership tenure of 3 years.
