The Roles

  • Casual 1525 hours over the week including Weekends (potential for more)
In a nutshell, you will need to

  • Work well in a team
  • Deliver fun playful, yet smooth and knowledgable service to our guests
  • Be willing to learn and develop your skills
  • Be comfortable in your role

We are looking these nice to haves:

  • Previous experience as a senior team member
  • Ability to jump behind the bar or on to the floor, or willingness to cross train
  • Beverage and food knowledge
  • Desire to grow in the industry
  • Positivity
The Reward


We have designed Luckies Kitchen in a way in which we can easily grow into other parts of South East Queensland.

Our team is our focus and we want you to grow as we do.

  • Staff meals will be provided on split shifts, as will a staff discount for you to come and enjoy on your time off.
  • No late closes generally finished between 9pm and 10pm
  • Close to public transport and good parking facilities
  • We offer competitive remuneration across all roles. Whilst this is a casual role to begin with there is the possibility of a full time position moving forward.
