Key Accountabilities

  • Event support in the run up to events and on the day of major events
  • PowerPoint Design Tasks
  • General administration duties
  • Checking social media notifications / responding to customers
  • Business card ordering using online system
  • Upload, editing and creating website content using Hubspot and Wordpress
  • Adding business listings to Google
  • Checking social media notifications / responding to customers in a timely manner
  • Copywriting tasks
  • Basic Video editing
  • Basic graphic design

What sets you apart from the rest?

  • Basic experience with simple updates to a website on a CMS like WordPress or Hubspot.
  • Strong copywriting skills, including content creation, proofreading, and editing.
  • A process-driven and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills to perform well under pressure.
  • Basic design software skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Great working knowledge of MS Office - particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to assist and support team members as needed.
  • 1+ year of experience in communications and/or marketing
