About the role

:

Core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments for R&C
  • Prepare and send correspondence for the Legal team that may contain sensitive or confidential information, decisions, and communications
  • Assist in developing, implementing and actioning a triage system for legal enquiries
  • Responsible for management of the contract execution procedure
  • Review and update monthly budget forecasts with the CRCO
  • Tracking of expenses against budgets
  • Attend meetings and maintain minutes and action registers
  • Prepare presentations, reports and collate data for CRCO
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for R&C team
  • Coordinate training sessions including arranging times, catering and venues for training and maintaining records
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Process invoices for R&C, including entering and maintaining purchase orders
  • Provide relief cover for Reception as required

About you

:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to organise and prioritise competing tasks

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in administration/business
  • Previous experience in a similar role
