Your Role

The Retail Cluster Manager will oversee the hub located in Wagga Wagga, in a permanent part-time position of 32 hours per week. Your extensive experience in managing high-volume stores and your demonstrated strong leadership skills will empower you to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the Retail Cluster Manager role. Travel to other store locations within the hub will be minimal.

Your Responsibility

  • Inspire, coach, train, and develop a high performing team.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and visual merchandising in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure all store operations meet performance and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the consistent implementation of security measures to minimize loss of resources and assets.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales performance, and develop strategies to help stores consistently meet or surpass targets.

You Will Need

  • Relevant qualifications in business or retail management.
  • Experience in managing operations in a multi-site setting.
  • Ideally, familiarity with fashion retail and trends.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills including people performance management, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • High-level proficiency in planning, organizing, stock management, rostering, and sales performance analysis.
  • Ability to devise strategies to boost or enhance sales performance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
