Batemans Bay, providing a range of services to older people such as residential care, short-term respite, and specialized dementia care, with a total of 83 beds. Being located by the coast, the facility offers a modern and fitting service to its surroundings, providing residents with a comfortable and stress-free lifestyle.
Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality care possible and that the clinical care team is adequately resourced, trained and motivated to deliver exceptional care.

Facility is located in Batemans Bay, NSW
Your duties will include:
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 83bed Aged Care facility in Batemans Bay, NSW
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager
Requirements/Skills
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
