About the Company
Owned by multinational developer, Far East Consortium, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is a prominent anchor point within Perth's Elizabeth Quay development.

About the Role
Duties
Responsible for recognition and engagement of our most valuable Elite members through delivery of the highest quality member stay experience.
from pre-arrival and arrival experience all the way to the follow up via post-stay feedback received through GXP and CEC.
He/she partners with other members of the Loyalty department team to make certain that there is an effective communication and delivery of Elite benefits program to all members.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Anticipate and address guests' service needs.Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.Skills & Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- COVID Hygiene Certificate (from Australian Hotels Association)
