The Company

Key Position
The successful hire will be an experienced Civil Drafter, passionate about producing quality work every time.

As leader of the team you will still be required to be hands on, to mentor and develop the skills of the Team.

Our client deliver a wide range of projects from building projects including heritage landmarks, hospitals, aged care, schools through to large subdivisions and local roads.

About you


To be considered for this position you will be a Senior Civil Drafter with a passion for working with people to help them reach their full potential.

You will be able to manage multiple deadlines and managing the team to ensure on time project delivery


Over the last sixty years our client have forged a long standing reputation for quality and excellence in design, having attention to detail and driving the need for quality every time throughout the team is essential.


As well as being technically confident to oversee all designs, this is a key position within the wider business, interacting with other disciplines.

My client is looking for someone with excellent communication and the ability and desire to take ownership for the Civil Drafters and Project Delivery.


Depending on the person and their skills, experience and aspirations, the day to day people management of the team is something that is open for discussion, something could be included or excluded within the responsibilities of this position.
