What will you do?
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Payroll Specialist.

In this role, you provide expert advice and support in all things Australian payroll compliance and Award interpretation payroll projects and constantly seek areas for improvement.

You will also be responsible for developing and supplying standard and ad hoc payroll reporting to management and auditors as required.

Additionally, as part of this role you will be responsible for processing the office, sales and construction fortnightly pays (roughly 200 team members).

As part of the processing, you will get to know and support our leaders and play the vital role of ensuring a seamless payroll process from end to end.


We are very excited to find the perfect match for this role as it will be the first regionally located payroll team member reporting into the Payroll Manager in Christchurch, NZ.

Although remote to the Payroll team, this role will join a growing Australian People & Safety team of 8, who will support you.
