Vous mettez à profit vos compétences exceptionnelles en matière de leadership pour superviser et gérer les opérations quotidiennes de Medicom en Australie et en Nouvelle-Zélande.
Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein basé dans le corridor M5 de l'ouest de Sydney.

Ce que vous ferez Sous la responsabilité du directeur, vous serez polyvalent et assumerez la responsabilité de la planification et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies visant à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et à contrôler les performances financières.
Vous vous épanouirez dans un environnement de travail à la fois autonome et collaboratif, avec une forte capacité à influencer les autres et à faire partie de l'équipe APAC du groupe.
Ce que vous apporterez Vous agirez aux niveaux stratégique, commercial et opérationnel, en intégrant les fonctions de direction du personnel, de planification stratégique, de vente, de chaîne d'approvisionnement et de planification de la productivité.
Un sens aigu des finances et des antécédents avérés en matière de gestion budgétaire efficace sont essentiels.
Une expérience dans le suivi des tendances du secteur et des activités des concurrents afin d'identifier les risques et les opportunités potentiels est vivement souhaitée.
Vos compétences en matière de direction d'équipe vous permettront d'encourager la performance au sein de notre équipe, de favoriser une culture de travail positive et d'entretenir des relations solides avec les principaux clients et parties prenantes, en renforçant les partenariats existants et en forgeant de nouvelles alliances afin de consolider la position sur le marché.

Avoir réussi à obtenir d'excellents résultats en matière de vente.
La capacité à voyager localement et internationalement, selon les besoins, est essentielle.
