Employment Casual - $ $35.74 p/hr + 25% casual loading -
(32 casual hrs spread across each quarter - school term time only - i.e. 6 sessions per term x 4 hrs plus Admin)

The Opportunity**Join our team as a vibrant and engaging facilitator.
With your passion for supporting families you will:
- Plan & deliver peer support group(s) tailored for eligible parents of children with a disability or chronic medical condition.
- Create a comfortable environment that encourages participation and conversation from all participants. Facilitate discussion, develop relationships, support parents to identify needs and tailor group sessions to meet needs of parents.
- Collaboratively plan & deliver 6 sessions each school term.
- Have casual & flexible working arrangements within school hours and school terms.
You will be responsible for organising guest speakers and guest services from the local community who can also support the parents' needs, and assist with promoting and advertising the group sessions amongst local agencies and primary stakeholders.

WCHN Disability Services aims to provide best practice in health service delivery. We do this by working collaboratively to provide support to the child and family, liaising with health professionals and community service partners to maintain the health and wellbeing of children with complex healthcare needs and/or a disability.
