Merri is seeking a committed and highly motivated Diploma or Above Qualified Early Childhood Educator (permanent ongoing) to join their team.

Monday to Friday with a 9 day fortnight

To succeed in this position, you will need to:

  • Have a genuine interest and passion for working with children and families.
  • Have knowledge and experience of programming and planning for children aged 0‐5 years (EYLF knowledge preferred)
  • Be able to observe and record children's learning and development.
  • Have a high‐level of English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Initiative and capacity to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Have good computer and IT skills using programs such as Microsoft Word & Story Park
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 201
  • Be fit and proper to perform all physical duties and responsibilities of a Qualified Educator/Room Leader.
