ABOUT THE ROLE


Reporting into the Manager Australian Wholesale, you will be tasked to provide marketing services to the wholesale division of Minted Products.

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term opportunity.

Your role as a Coordinator Wholesale Marketing will involve:

  • Prepare and distribute wholesale Product Information Sheets for monthly release of coins
  • Organise all photography for new products
  • Organise brochures, newsletters for minted products, and coordinate printing requirements
  • Organise wholesale marketing material for licensed products
  • Organise coin shows in Australia and overseas to showcase our products
  • Organise product presentations for all coin shows and as required
  • Organise purchase orders for wholesale marketing material
  • Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work

EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing role (ideally marketing agency experience)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of confidence in communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Value working collaboratively
  • Strong written communication ability
  • Ability to strategically plan, with a high level of time management
