Mission:


Responsible for inputting information into the company database, assisting Warehouse, Production, & QA in the SAP reconciliation process & analysis.


Main responsibilities:

  • Encode & review SAP process orders to ensure all consumed materials are recorded in the process order and that all process orders are closed on a timely basis.
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control processes and procedures.
  • Encode & review the SAP transaction process to ensure data is accurately posted.
  • Provide support to accounting & finance to complete all required month-end activities.
  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely and organized manner.
  • Managing the lifecycle of the material (coding material, stock entry, consumptions, labeling, stock control).
  • Perform system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy.
  • Sort, organize & verifies entered data by comparing it to source documents and purging files to eliminate duplications - sort and to ensure accuracy for both inbound and outbound data entries.
  • Research incomplete documents for month-end close in accordance with accounting figures.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains internal customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential and accurate.
  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Provide admin & clerical support to the Management when needed.

Main Hard Skills:

1. 3 years of relevant multi-industry related experience

  • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Excels at interpersonal communication and ability to form effective relationships across departments
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or SAP S/4 HANA
  • Knowledge of standard computer systems such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have the ability multi-task effectively, responding to changing business priorities and targets
  • Sense of urgency in daily work and towards resolving issues
  • Strong typing and proficient data entry skills
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
