About the opportunity
The Fleet Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the StarTrack Fleet. Their primary responsibility is to provide essential administrative support to the National Fleet team, Workshop, and other local stakeholders.

This entails handling a wide range of tasks related to fleet management, including but not limited to maintaining records, managing documentation, and coordinating communication among various departments.

One of the key aspects of their role is to be actively involved in data collections and reporting.

They serve as key leads and contributors in utilising the advanced capabilities of Fleetwave, the fleet management system employed by StarTrack.

Through their expertise in data analysis and reporting, they help in enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of the fleet, contributing significantly to the company's success.

What you'll deliver with us

As key leads and contributors to the data management process, Fleet Administrators are pivotal in optimising the fleet management system, Fleetwave.

They excel in gathering and organising crucial information on the StarTrack Fleet, which includes trucks, trailers, and equipment.

They will also ensure the accuracy and completeness of data, enabling the National Fleet team and Workshop to make well-informed decisions.

By maintaining an efficient data collection and reporting system, Fleet Administrators elevate the overall fleet management process, making it more streamlined and effective for the entire organisation.

You'll also

• Manage and track the National Registration renewal programs for the StarTrack fleet, including raising and processing of CTP green Slips.
• Management of onsite fuel systems and dispersion of fuel cards
• Reporting on vehicle odometer and fuel usage by facility
• Reporting on vehicle CPK and utilisation

About you

You are someone who possess a strong interest in logistics with a passion for ensuring the smooth functioning of operations.

With sound critical thinking, organisational skills and the ability to review data and communicate effectively to your stakeholders this role is ideal for someone who is driven to contribute to the overall success of StarTrack Fleet.

You'll also

• Fleet exposure is ideal but not essential
• Excellent Microsoft Office suit knowledge
• Understanding of the business and how fleet fits in within the broader business
