Supply Analyst | Kew | Bonds Group


We are recruiting for a Supply Analyst to join our Group Operations team on a full time, permanent basis reporting to the Senior Operations Manager.

As a Supply Analyst, you will provide our Group Operations team with high quality analysis that will drive initiatives to improve supply / warehouse efficiencies, improve DIFOT and stock availability.

This role will be expected to lead project teams focused on continuing to improve our current way of business.

A day in the life of

  • Support the operations team with analytical reviews to help reduce the cost of doing business
  • Analyse the current process and data and continue to develop new and improved reporting to help deliver our targets. Manage and improve the business stock turn reports while offering data analyse to help make further decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, branding, planning, operations and customer service teams to achieve amazing results
  • Develop, maintain and communicate data in a visual manner to support our continuous improvement
What experience are we looking for?

  • Confidence in using excel at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and report building a must
  • Excellent and proven analytical skills you know how to build a report and present it to stakeholders effectively
  • Tertiary or relevant studies undertaken preferred
  • Exposure to a retail or wholesale branded environment would be highly desirable
  • Agility and a clear ability to build relationships across a varied stakeholder group through strong communication, and add value to everyday business decision making
