You willDemonstrate an advanced level of clinical knowledge, expertise and skills in rheumatologyDemonstrate advanced and effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsManage department phone help-line and email utilising specialist knowledge, critical thinking and decision-making skillsManage the current out-patient workflow, identifying strategies to stream-line processesAbout youTo be successful in this position you will require:Bachelor of Nursing or equivalentRegistration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of AustraliaEvidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis BTuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be requiredDeclaration of serious discipline history must be disclosedCriminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)Base salary ranging from $ $ per annumAbout UsThe Rheumatology unit is a fast-growing department.

The service provides specialised care to patients with a range of rheumatological conditions, some of which may have multiple co-morbidities requiring involvement from other specialities.
