The Company

The Role
***The purpose of this role is to manage and analyse all data relating to sustainability within our clients business including reporting, procurement and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset tracker and cost management of initiatives and programs
  • Annual sustainability budget determination of programs for asset and facility management approval and allocation
  • Assisting in responding to rating agency assessments of HMC, inventor and analyst questions.
  • Energy Procurement and Energy Budgets
  • GRESB Gap analysis program to facilitate closing the gap.
  • Waste Strategy management, then monitor once handed over to asset and facility management
  • Management of climaterelated risk (resilience) work across all assets
  • Grants and Funding Reporting
  • Annual Sustainability reporting
  • Casestudy management
  • Run the ENVIZI platform
  • Monthly audit of missing, incomplete data and estimation if required
  • Extract ENVIZI data for reporting and analysis
  • Analytical management of data

Experience

  • Require sustainability knowledge and expertise.
  • Engineering/environmental/sustainability qualification or experience is ideal or a strong analytical background from finance, combined with sustainability experience.
  • Property experience is an advantage.
  • Proactive and collaborative with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
