An exciting part time, permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced end to end Payroll Officer. This organisation is a national, market leading FMCG/Pharmaceutical company. Based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne.

The role
***This position will be 2-3 days per week Pro-Rata 100% office based. Reporting to the FC, you will become a very important part of the finance team.

The key duties of the role will involve the following:

Duties

  • Payroll reporting
  • Payroll processing
  • Payroll reconciliations
  • Payroll accruals/journals
  • Update systems/procedures
  • Updating and maintaining personal records
  • Processing new starters
  • Terminations/annual leave calculations
  • Overtime calculations
  • EBA Award and interpretation
