The VGCCC is an independent statutory authority which regulates Victoria's gambling industry. The organisation licenses, informs and educates, monitors and enforces the gambling industry through a risk-based approach to regulation.

The opportunityReporting to the Manager, Commission Secretariat & Registry, this role is responsible for supporting the Commission's decision-making processes as a board and as a tribunal by providing board secretariat and tribunal registry services to Commissioners, VGCCC directors, internal staff and external stakeholders.
Who we are looking forA person with experience in coordinating secretariat services in board, governance or legal environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide endtoend Commission secretariat support services for the Commission as a board and a tribunal, including coordinating meeting agendas and papers, and writing detailed minutes of board meetings and their decisions.
- Work under limited supervision to provide high level, confidential administrative support to the Commission in a changing organisation.
- Develop effective relationships, working collaboratively with Commissioners, executives and staff across the organisation and external stakeholders to deliver governance systems and processes to support the Commission's and the organisation's work.
