  • 12 Month Contract, Full Time

About the role:

Reporting to the Transformation Portfolio Manager and working in partnership with the greater Transformation and Change Office, we're looking for a coordinator who can assist across a multitude of projects spanning our pharmacy, cancer centre treatment, pharmaceutical compounding, research and finally our shared services teams who support our frontline employees succeed.

Offered as a full time 12 month full-time contract and based in South Brisbane, the Project Coordinator role key responsibilities include:

  • Support Transformation Portfolio Managers to report on projects within a program and portfolio to ensure they are reported effectively.
  • Provide secretariat support in FPP cadenced meetings and as required by the Transformation Portfolio Managers, including presentation and minuting functions inclusive of follow-up action articulation.
  • Coordinate with Initiative Owners collection of project activities and deliverables to meet project scope and program requirements.
  • Liaise with initiative owners to draft & complete key phase gate & approval documents aligning with the initiative/project program.
  • Collation of meeting materials confirmed agenda, status reports prior to all Battlegrounds, Steering Committees & other initiative/project meeting.
  • Meeting management including scheduling meetings
  • Maintain strong suite of documentation within a portfolio to accurately capture status updates, next steps, risks & issues, required decisions & agreed KPIs.
  • Maintain various documents and registers aligned to effective transformation governance.
  • Actively promote & demonstrate a high level of communication & customer service by establishing & maintaining positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders.


Whilst touched on earlier, in addition a candidate with any of the below would be viewed very favourably:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a project coordinator or support role
  • Familiar with online project management tools i.e., Microsoft Project and Microsoft teams
  • Strong organisations and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a diverse team
  • Capability to take initiative and independently solve problems
  • Qualification in Project Management or similar
  • Knowledge in the use of Sensei IQ or other project management software and Microsoft SharePoint
