Yardhand/ Labourer

CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are currently seeking to employ Mechanically minded Labourers to assist with disassembly of parts, preparing the yard and movement of machinery during the auctions.

Based in Pinkenba, this work is Monday to Friday and ongoing for the right candidate

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

• Mechanically Minded /Mechanical experience
• Able to use Power and Hand tools
• Experienced with Assembly /Disassembly
• Be physically fit and capable of lifting
• Able to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
• Previous experience on Landscaping or Construction sites
• Own reliable vehicle and valid licence – please note that due to the job location public transport is not available
• You must be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace
• You must be very OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;
• Have full PPE including Steel Capped Boots, Hi Vis Shirt and Gloves
• Able to commit to working Monday to Friday
• Available for IMMEDIATE start
